As early as 2010, I organized my first event as a project manager in one of the larger event companies in Sweden. I have extensive experience and competence in planning and executing events and celebrations in Sweden and abroad, both for companies and private individuals. Paying attention to details has always been an important aspect of my work.

For the past few years, I have specialized as a wedding coordinator and wedding planner, where I provide security from start to finish to realize the bridal couple’s expectations and create a unique experience during the event. With my experience and network, I develop proposals for unique and customized wedding and celebration setups.

Listening, Quality, Joy, and Delivery are important guiding principles for me.

My motto is:

FROM THE FIRST MEETING TO A PERFECT WEDDING

We are your reliable wedding coordinator and wedding planner from the first meeting, through the bachelorette and bachelor parties, and all the way to the thank you cards!

First Meeting
We meet for an initial meeting where we go through your expectations and ideas for your big day, and Wedding by Josefina introduces ourselves in more detail.
Moodboard
Create a moodboard of what you like, for example, from Pinterest, and we’ll put it together to find the style you love and are looking for. After that, we will propose decorations/styles for you.
Venue
We assist you in finding suggestions for a venue/church/wedding location and make the bookings for you.
Vendors and partners
We help you come up with suggestions for vendors and handle the communication with them to book what you want. For example, invitations, signs, dress, entertainment, cake, catering, decorations, officiant, etc.
Follow-Up
We maintain ongoing contact and conduct weekly follow-up meetings.
Wedding Day
We are with you throughout the day from start to finish and act as the center of coordination. We handle decorations, receive all vendors, ensure everything is in the right place at the right time. You should enjoy every second of your day, and we ensure that everything runs smoothly.
After the Wedding
We ensure that all vendors collect what needs to be removed and that decorations, etc., are taken care of. We will hold your hand until the thank you cards are sent to your guests.
